CeeBee Defaulted me without following procedure!

I have not been able to afford full school fees for my child and was handed over to this debt house. I did not run away from payments for the current Government school my daughter goes to. Ceebee Management did not appreciate the amount I was able to pay at that time and proceeded to default my credit record on two occasions. I currently have two defaults on my credit record and I am making payments as a single parent. I have recently just increased the amount I will pay but I need to know if it is legal to put a default on a credit record even when the person has agreed to paying? I was given 20 days to respond to an email and responded. BUT NOW I HAVE JUDGEMENTS worth almost 100k on my name?
