Ceebee debt is so unprofessional

I am now getting annoyed of the messages that I keep getting from you. I am not owing anything and I want a paid up letter from you ASAP. My son attended a certain school for only 2 weeks, I paid all that was requested, I was told that the payment was done to the school's account instead of to you account. I was also told that I need to pay you the arrears as you are unable to claim it from the school. This is ridiculous. You need to solve this with the school and get off my back. I swear now I will take legal steps because I have been talking to this company for so many years now and nothing seems to be done to fix this.
