I reached a settlement amount with the school. i asked and and confirmed.. Is this the final amount. YES. I was instructed to pay CEEBEE directly this amount of R5000 I get an email and sms 3 months later i now owe legal fees. Bulls#% . i reached an agreement. i asked and confirmed the last and final amount. i got a mail from collecter 55 saying i owed money, when i mailed and said i did settle per agreement Vicky Smit (collecter63) a team leader said i owe legal fees ..yet i was told FINAL AND LAST SETTLEMENT AND PAYMENT
