Cee Bee Debt Said I Must Pay For Their Phone calls

I have made the necessary outstanding payments to this agency on the total agreed upon in an email they sent. Once I made the payments, they said I owe them extra money for the phone calls they have been making to me in the last couple of months. Told them I am not paying for it. What a cheek!
