Cee Bee debt management is refusing to issue my paid up letter

April 2018 I went to the school to report my case and i was issued with the examption form to take to all banks which i did and submitted back to the school ,j make an rrangements of paying the sum of R500 on a monthly basis and base on what i could afford . Greenwood primary school Ref HAL004 and the fees was paid to the school account as per the arrangement and base on my affordability the year 2018.

April 2018 i make the payment of R500 and May R550 ,June until August R500 then 1st October R2000 then 15 October R1500 , November R2000,December R1350 which give the total amount paid to the school R9350 to the R13750 of yearly fees

2019 from February until July i was paying between R1350 and R1450 then August R6000 ,September R750 then November R1350 that gives the total amount of R13500 fees was completed

2020 January R1350 ,February R1450,March R8700 June R1450,July R1000 total of R13950 paid.July i app**** for a home loan i was rejected because i was blacklisted by Cee Bee debt management to transiunion for Greenwood Primary school they said i owe R11500 for the 2018 fees i was very shocked and angry because i was paying the fees on a monthly basis to the school account and made an arrangement with the school for that year..14 July 2020 i make an appointment to meet with the headmaster to inform of the unfair act happen to me as the parent and asked him about the school procedures before handing accounts, i could not get the answer the headmaster could not help, i even told him that April 2018 i was at the school reporting my case and the school provided me with the examption form and i was paying the fees base on my affordability, and the school never bother to respond to me if my case was rejected or not and there was no communication with me instead they have thrown my case to the 3rd party which is the CeeBee debt management without informing me of their intentions towards my account, i feel that was totally unfair any debt that is reported should be recorded by the school and treated fair because a parent and the school should be family and not only when things are smooth...16 July 2020 i was called by the headmaster thinking he has the resolution of my cade not knowing he called me just to accept the debt Acknowledgement form from their attorneys which was not fair.i literal refused to sign that debt form simply because the amount stated was very big than to what i was even paying, the headmaster wanted me to pay the R6266.86 of which was not possible because the balance i know was suppose to be R4400 if my arrangement was rejected by the school.

16 July i decided to settle my own balance i pay R450 to the CeeBee and 05 August i pay R3950 which make the total of R4400,i send the proof of payment to the CeeBee i was told to pay their fees of R1550 i refused because they were not my provider and not my Attorney, The school should pay their Attorneys not myself and i cannot pay any services especially in this case .The school should be accountable and responsible for their services they request since reporting my situation to them was in vain and not mean anything to them..Cee Bee debt management i want my paid up letter as i have settled my debt and i cannot be punished for the debt of the school...hello peter please help i'm not being treated fair by Greenwood primary school and CeeBee debt management....
