Bad service

I've worked with Maggi Mtshali, she sent me a settlement letter in November, I settled the account before the promised date in December, I've contacted her for a paid up letter with no luck, I left messages sent emails with no reply, all I need is a paid up letter is that too much to ask, the school is not aware that this account has been paid in full, it says alot.
