Bad Customer Service and wrong information placed on Credit Bureau!

I was contacted by this person on mail to tell me I am listed as default payer for an outstanding account. No contact was done before with me no correspondence received. They have the incorrect information for my husband, so he never received his mails as well. Due to this we were reported as default customers but still we have also not even received a statement or anything from these people.
