bad customer service

i paid R2800 on January to CEEBEE bank account . i sent them emails asking them to transfer the money to school account . even now they haven't than that. they are busy calling me about the payment while i told them that i will pay the money direct to school account , CEEBEE kindly transfer the money to the school and now I'm behind with that money. I'm struggle and i cant afford to lose that money.,
