Worst Company Ever. They are ****** with a capital C. I fell behind on payments with school fees last year. Ceebee then informed me I must pay them for fees. Sent them one payment In Dec 2023 which half was taken for their so called fees, so I then decided to continue my follow up payments with the school directly. Never heard from Ceebee again, until end of Sept 2024 when I had paid school fees in full on the 10th Sept 2024. A lady called Maggy then calls me demanding I pay over R1132 for their so called fees and expenses. She then proceeds to send me a Final demand letter. When I respond with why have I not been contacted about this prior or received a statement to the effect she cannot answer me. Tells me the demand letter is a statement. When I refute this she just point blank ignores my request for a statement with a breakdown of the charges they claim I owe them. I further respond to say so they can just suck an amount out of their thumbs and just demand people must pay. Not to mention that I was never informed of this prior to paying the school fees in full. Needless to say I have not paid this as I feel they are ****** and making money off people for work they did not actually do. This company is bad news and are fleesing people of money that already struggle to make ends meet. Imagine getting paid for something which you never actually did. How can you demand over a thousand rand from someone and claim its for fees. I never got any calls sms or emails for this so called fees they claiming. they did no work but want money for nothing. Disgusting company.
