Terrible accommodation

Terrible experience. Jacuzzi wasn't in working order, false advertising according to the pictures on their website. Inside fire place smoked the whole place up, not comfortable to sleep in. The place was freezing cold but couldn't put the fire on because of the smoke. The bathroom has old shower gel running down the dirty tiles. The bathroom taps were falling apart. We eventually call the manager over to try and assist or put us in a different unit. She gets more angry at us and shuts the door in our face and storms off. Definitely won't recommend this place to anyone
