Disgusting place! Bad customer service and management

We stayed over at the self-catering unit, paid R2600 for the two nights. When we arrived, the unit was extremely cold, we lit the inside fireplace and put the jacuzzi on. We then noticed that because the fireplace wasn't installed properly, it smoked the entire unit up, our clothes were smelling like smoke and we were constantly coughing. The jacuzzi was cold, the water was cold when we showered, the tiles were dirty of old shower gel from previous customers staying over, the bathroom taps were broken. IT WAS DISGUSTING! We called the manager, she came there full of attitude, refusing to refund us, smelling of alcohol, no respect for her clients. We then asked if she could return to sort this out the next day once she was sober. the next day came, and she never came to check up on us or even apologized. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Bad customer service, and ********* business practice! Oh, and after I reviewed them on facebook, I received a message from them saying this: Hallo Ms. Viljoen, you are spreading your lies and intent to hurt and destroy on every review platform in order to make your impact. Why you are doing this I don't know, but luckily the truth always prevails and our past and the future guest will invalidate your efforts. You will not hurt us as you intend.

How can this be an ethical business? They stalking me with this vindictive tone, they should be more accountable!
