Lack of service from Clan William and Cape Town Traffic Department.

I have received a fine(ticket) of speeding through the post with a vehicle that doesn't match mine, I called the municipality that issued out the ticket and I was advised to email them. I did that and got a responds requesting me to send the ticket and my cars registration, ever since then there was no form of communication at all. It is very disturbing that they were so quick to issue a ticket that clearly states that the number plate is for a KIA and they issued out on a car that is a BMW. Now I want them the s**** this ticket as I will not be responsible for any tickets.

My car was not even in the Western Cape for the past 2 months and which the incident happened in the time frame I didn't have the car in the same province, actually the area of issuer I have never been to, I don't even know where it is, only got the province of the incident only when I googled the town.

I sent the document through Cape Town traffic and they said they didn't issue the ticket so they cant help me.

So now I'm out of option as it seems like no one is willing to assist me from both Cape Town and Clan William traffic departments.
