paid for a service and didnt receive it and no reply

i booked a room with two double beds and a lounge for my daughters graduation. made payment and sent proof of payment to cedarwood of Sandton immediately. i booked this room especially for my daughters graduation as we were three ladies and wanted to celebrate and spend time together. on arrival they gave me a room with only one double bed. when i queried they said hey are sorry room is taken. but i paid for it and i had nowhere to sleep had to drive home after the graduation. i have called and emailed on numerous occasions and no reply. this is ttally unacceptable and a *******
