I stayed at this place for 3 months I spent R7000 on electricity and water for a small two bedroom apartment The maintenance team is really the worst The owner doesn’t care about your needs They buy cheap material such as the both tub, taps toilets and shower hose so that you have to buy new ones when they do the outgoing inspections The lady’s name that does the housing is Ina , she is the biggest ***** you will ever meet Please if you looking for an apartment please don’t go to this place The company they use for water and electricity is HPS and they also the worst because they charge you double the electricity Play do not stay here
