Refund

I bought a door at cedar drama Booysen on the 24/09/17 and while I was at the shops my mom called that i must leave the door because my brother has passed on and we are going to need the money to start with the preparation of the funeral. I immediately cancelled the door transaction and I was told that I will received the refunded on 27/11/17 because I made payment with a card. I was even told to live my details.

On the 28/9/17 I called the shop and I was told that they depend on their headquarters to make the refund,but it will be done before the end of the week.

I have been calling the shop and headquarters since then with empty promises. I even spoke to Jacky at the headquarters. Now when I call she is not available.

My last call was on the 07/11/17.

Kindly assist me to get my 1500.00
