Cedar Manor a Disgrace

This is one disgusting facility for the elderly. They ***** their belongings. mistreat them. They meant to look after the elderly and help them, not leave them to be mistreated. Completely disgusting people!!! And now to think that Mr Kibel is opening another facility in Hurlyvale, that's scary !!!
