Worse experience ever, use this dealer at your own peril

I came to this dealer because it is closest to me, but from now on will rather go to the one in Pretoria that I know and trust. I have never seen such bad service and bad workmanship. So use this dealer at our own peril. For my full story you can continue reading: They told me, my car will be done on Friday and I can come pick is up. Friday after noon they let me know the car will not be done and it will be done Saturday morning 10 am. I arrived Saturday 10am just to find out they are not currently working on the car and it is not finished. They said they will quickly finish it. We waited and when they where done, the lights they replaced was not fitted correctly and they said they did not have time to wash the car. We told them we will then come back later the day, so that they can correct the mistakes and wash the car. When we came back just before they closed, we had to wait for everyone else to get served before they came to us, just to tell us, they can't align the lights correctly. When we inspected the car we saw that they scratched the car and did not fix everything they said they did. But we had to pay for everything. You pay more for BMW than most other brands in the hope you get good service. But after being at this BMW I regret ever buying a BMW.
