USELESS!

<p>This dealership lives up to its poor reputation on service! 10 days ago my X5 park brake fails I take it in to be repaired and give the dealership more than enough time to ensure it is fixed as I was going away for a week so in no rush for the vehicle. I get the vehicle back and now the park brake fails yet again, which in my opinion is due to the service department not doing tjeir job correctly in the first place.</p> <p>As the dealership does not have any vehicles to loan while they attempt to repair my car for the second time the service manager Justin and the service advisor Brian tell me to call BMW oncall as they will tow my vehicle to the dealership and give me a hire car while my car is being repaired. So I do this and BMW oncall tell me they dont tow vehicles with park brake issues as you can still drive the car once the brake has been released. I must drive it to the dealership myself.</p> <p>This still does not help my situation that I am now without a car while they fix a problem that they didnt do properly the first time. i cannot get to work, go the client meetings or take my children to school. The response I get it keep you car and drive it for the next few days and when they have a loan car they will let me know and i can bring it in.</p> <p>So I must drive a car around that has no park brake..</p> <p>The response is an automatic shouldnt roll. So I tell Brian but the onboard computer says 'Car may roll' He says 'oh then you should probably listen to what is says'</p> <p>REALLY??.. So I sit with a car that I cant drive becasue should it roll BMW are not liable for the damage it causes or drop it off and I cant get my children to school or to work or to meetings. </p> <p>When I bring this to their attention the response is 'I am sorry but there is nothing they can do'</p> <p>How about fix it properly the first time so that you dont inconveniece customers!</p> <p>If I bring it in today they are not even going to look at it today.</p> <p>I dont recommend them at all, what a joke!</p>
