Unresponsive! No accountability

My BMW X5 went in for a service. We did the normal walk around and signed for scratches / dents. On fetching my car the walk around was not offered... I insisted! Low and behold my car was scratched in 2 places!<br> Cedar Isle admitted to this (I have the signed document)... After promising me to have it repaired
