The CPA act does not work in this dealership

Will never recommend anyone to this dealership. From Dp to Salesmanager to workshop manager all a bunch of *******. I bought a vehicle from them which was not a BMW and now they are telling me they will not fix my vehicle which is 20 days old due to the fact that they do now fix 2nd tier vehicles you take it as is. I told the sales person that the vehicle has a rattle on the steering and she said I am not in i am overseas please call the workshop manager he will sort it out for you. Well since this morning I am trying to get hold of anyone in the dealership for assistance with no luck. The dp called and said she will call me right back and yes still waiting the. Then i received and email from the workshop manager telling me they will not fix the vehicle at all it is as is. Be carefull they are very quick to take your money and that is it. They are (*****)!!!!!!!!

Delivery well this was the worst experience eva. I was rushed to sign docs and then given the key and said i dont know the vehicle so i can explain anything to you here is the key. Delivery was in such a rush!!!!!!! I was also told that they will do wheel alignment and balancing on the vehicle as well as a valet and this was not done either even the engine was not washed it look like rats made a nest in the engine. Very very angry I want to give the car back and cancel tje deal
