Second hand vehicles not fit for resale

I bought a second hand bmw m3 from there dealership, i traded in my vehicle that was cleaner then any car they had on they showroom floor, my deal was approved and i had to wait a week for thr car that every day was an exuse that car was bieng polished or serviced or roadworthy, 3 weeks after purchasing the car my permit expired and only then was i told they cannot assist me to pull my disc as i m not from joburg, i then kept on having tyre pressure sensor go off and took the vehicle to an insprction bay where we found both front tyres on the inside completely finished that wires were showing, this was after i done not more then ****m with car, i called dealership they said they cannit do anything as thats the way the car was roadworthy and it passed, i called bmw south africa and they have not even bothered mailing me besides opening a case number, do yourself a favour and please stay away from this dealership, this is after owning 3 bmw and i have never complained about a car i owned previously.
