My car was not touched since I booked it in

I took my vehicle in (BMW 640i Convertible) for a MotorPalan ownership change, a rattling noise, a new key and a missing tail pipe chrome component. This was 23rd of February 2016 at 8:30am<br> <br> By 3 pm I am called to be notified that my car would not be ready today. Consider this is a rattling noise and anything else did not require the vehicle's presence at the dealer. I mentioned that only the rattling noise is a problem and the rest they need to quote me on as they are not covered by motorplan. Then I am told that for the rattling noise, they need to drive it so I got excited as the guy seemed spot on. But why was this drive not taken during the course of the the whole day?<br> <br> I decide to visit the dealership, surprise, my vehicle was outside the workshop, cooking in the sun.<br> <br> Nothing done, no pricing on the parts, not rattling noise fixed... Nothing.<br> <br> I took the car and will book it with JSN Motors in Bryanston.
