Horrific service from BMW FOURWAYS

I seriously cannot believe the a company like BMW would allow such HORRIFIC customer service!! Buying my 1st BMW Adventure bike from Fourways seemed like a pleasure at just to turn out to be a complete **** show. Taking the bike to BMW Donford Cpt for repair and and 1 issue after another pops up. But the fact that I, the customer, is the one who has had to call the entire time to find out whats happening. And after 5weeks the bike still isnt complete. This after being told by the sales manager, Rodney Serfontein, that he is stepping to help.

It really is unacceptable. Never would I ever buy from them again or support them in any kind of way.

To the dealer principal, Riaan Rouh, I strongly advise you to have a serious chat with the people working under you!
