Excellent Customer Service in spite of things going wrong

<p>We bought a pre-owned X3 for my wife 2 weeks ago. We were assisted by an excellent Salesperson by the name of Thomas Phoffa. The whole experience was quite enjoyable.</p> <p> </p> <p>On Sunday we discovered that the X3 had a flat. Thought it was a tyre and found out it was a rim issue. We went to the dealership. They took the carto fix . Gave my wife a vehicle to drive whilst her X3 is being attended to. All this was done within 30 mins. No argument, no shouting, nothing. Just friendly smiles all round.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks to Piet Maluleke, Isaac (didnt get his surname), and Gavin Smith! You guys are the best.
