******** ACTIVITY AT CEDAR ISLE BMW

WARNING WARNING WARNING!!! This dealership second hand sales department is a absolute ****. I purchased a beautiful Golf R from the dealership in January was told the car is in great condition and has no problems. Let me tell you the drama from there on ; driving out of the dealership the car was shaking and I immediately took it to a VW dealership where I was told the oil cap needed replacement and was leaking oil in the engine . That was fixed and I thought the problems would stop from there but boy did my worst customer service experience begin from there . Apparently the turbo needed replacement which BMW said they would not pay for ... to make Matters worse the worst news started to surface , my registration papers had not come through within the first month , I was assured my the sales agent there was no issue with the registration the process was just taking long . After 4 and a half months this car still did not have papers and I had gone to the licensing department where I was told the car didn’t exist on the system at all . The car was apparently a ****** car or involved in ******** activities. Let me tell you the service I received from BMW from there was absolutely disgusting to say the least . The dealership principal is absolutely pathetic and was not involved in the situation at all and excluded herself completely. Graham Schultz their second hand manager is a obnoxious , arrogant and aggressive , and seems to only care about himself , he should be dismissed and not be allowed to work in the car industry as he doesn’t have any people s****s . Furthermore I never got a cent of my money back and was forced into buying a car that was two hundred thousand more than the initial deal. Their service is absolutely pathetic and I have checked all the reviews on the dealership and it seems it was not the first time this has happened . They need to be shut down for good they are absolute *********.

Please public don’t be fooled by the big beautiful building sitting on Cedar road . They’ve made all their money through ********** activities and should be put behind bars for good .
