So I walk into bmw Fourways to buy a Merc Viano! Myself and Ahlea Peck Wednesday the 7th oct we walk in walk around all the new cars a few ppl at their desks and when we get back to the same point I say to my daughter yoh we being ignored! A sales lady gets up and says sir u can't just walk in and expect to be helped! Im shocked and say no mame we have walked around the whole place already! She then says oh can I help I ask about the merc an she sends me down stairs to Maureen Mokwatsi who is absolutely helpful and smart too! She then tells me the car is at merc in Sandton for a full check which is great and it would be back Friday 2 days later but nothing! Maureen arranges for us to meet at merc and we do that cause im excited to see it and we then meet there but not allowed a test drive due to insurance purposes! Accepted. The week goes by and Friday I decide to go there and ask for the manager to tell him how ridiculous this is that it's still not there. I stand outside his glass office while maureen talks to him and he just looks at her gives her an instruction to call someone and here I stand maybe 3 or 4 minutes and he never acknowledged me not a nothing and just looked down! By then I had enough and walked out! Maureen runs after me to say pls don't leave and I ask her is this the way bmw Fourways treats customers!!!!!! She actually hugged me and said sorry! She calls a while later to apologize again on behalf of the manager!!!! Maybe he can't talk!!!!!!!!! Maybe he takes no responsibility for bmw!!!!!!! She then sends the vehicle to me to test it 22nd Oct Maureen I hope you get that managers job as you ran around really trying to please me but the rest just let you down!!!!!!!!!
