Cedar Isle failed to disclose major repair work done on the vehicle they sold

Bought BMW 320i 2015 model at Cedar Isle only to find that the vehicle was involved in an accident and major repair was carried out on the front left. Vehicle was sold as accident free now there’s a knock on the front left suspension and the paint starts to fade off which suggests poor paint work was app****. How can reputable company like Cedar Isle be allowed to sell such vehicles without disclosing such information to their clients.
