Cedar Isle BMW doesnt care less about customers

THE most shocking, un-empathetic service EVER after 33 years as a BMW client! Money is their bottom line - from answering the phones (or lack of), to bad service delivery, to a dealer principal that does not give a damn. Sadly the end of my BMW loyalty!!! Clearly business is good if you can be so brash as to lose clients and care less!
