Cannot perform brake pad replacement in a working
I booked my vehicle in for replacing the brake pads for 1 April 2016. I arrived at 7:30 and only got a lift to my office at 8:30. Around 12:00 I received a call from a person stating they work with the dealership and they found 3 minor chips on my windscreen and asked if they can repair it at a cost. I wasn't informed that a third party would be allowed to inspect my car and that my contact details will be passed to this party.

I got a call from there dealership at 14:00 informing me that my front disks need replacing and the total cost will be R14 000. I agreed as they are the professionals. An hour later I got another call stating that my lock nut isn't in my car and they lost theirs and they need to get one from another dealership. They determined without taking of my wheels that the disks are worn. They informed me that they are running behind. They finally picked me up from work at 18:00 and now being 19:00 they still need to do at least one wheel.
I had engagements that I had to cancel on a Friday night as they aren't capable of keeping their promises.
