BMW left my filter lying around im my bonnet

On Tuesday the 8th December, i took my car in to BMW Cedar Isle, in Fourways. They called me later in the morning saying that there was quite a list of things to do, including the service that i had in fact booked it in for, they explained that they didn't have time to do the service for the same day - this i found odd since i had in fact booked it in for the service.<br> <br> Regardless, i couldn't leave the car there because my 9 month pregnant wife was due to give birth the next day. I picked up the car later that day, and noticed it drove a little funny. <br> <br> Since then i drove my wife to give birth at say 3am, and then been going to and from the hospital. Today i noticed a hissing sound in the engine bay. I opened the bonnet, and much to my surprise the air filter was OUTSIDE OF THE ENCLOSURE, lying around in the engine bay! (i have a pic)<br> <br> I also noticed a MISSING/BROKEN VALVE on the water system, causing the car to overheat on the way back! <br> <br> I have never experience such utter pathetic service in my entire life. Not only did BMW directly put my life in danger but that of my wife and unborn child. This is the most shocking and dangerous poor service i have ever come across.
