BMW Fourways workmanship

I bought my wife a BMW 220i active tourer from the dealership in march, there was a knocking sound coming from the right front, they checked it out according to them the knocking was fixed, a few months later the knocking came back I have phoned the dealership a couple of times and the workshop manager is still phoning me back not sure if I will get a straight answer from them, but I suggest they get the car fixed.
