Bad Service

I took my car in for a service and a drivetrain warning on Thursday the 20th of June, I waited for 45 minutes to get a lift back to my house, even though I stay 2.5 Kms away, a waste of my time. Secondly, today is the 24th, I still don't have my car and they haven't organised a car for me to use which is a huge inconvenience. When I last spoke to Danny on Friday, he was busy trying to organise a car for me and I haven't heard from him since :(. I definitely will never take my car there again.
