Deep Disappointment Regarding Today’s Experience

I’m writing to express my deepest disappointment with the service I received today. My appointment was delayed by over an hour. Worse, I was seen by the wrong doctor who wasn’t able to perform the ultrasound I needed, making the entire trip pointless.

Additionally, aside from Rose—who tried to help—the other receptionist was disgustingly rude. She gave me blank stares, ignored me, and made no effort to assist. It felt like I was at a public clinic, not a private one where I’m paying for care. I made the journey from Cape Town specifically to see you as my GP, and I was truly disheartened.
