Worst company to have to deal with

This is the worst company to have to deal with. i have been trying to call Merriam Lion for over 2 weeks. the switchboard lady is just as bad. She hung up on me a couple of time and the whole morning today their phone has been engaged.

Merriam doesn't respond to e-mails or ever answer her phone.
