Unpaid benefits

I recieved a call from Paulina at the end of February at cedar employee benefits and she confirmed that some money was due to me she asked for my details and said monies will be paid into my account within 5 working days

So far I have not recieved anything and I cannot get hold of paulina on her email, direct line or even switch board number does not work

Can someone else call me in regards to my query ***
