Uhappy & disgusted

I left work on the 13th of december 2018, I was told that I will receive my pay out after 6 to 8 weeks. It 3 months later and I still have not received my money, I have been calling and and speaking to Robert Magagula who has been promising me that I will receive the money. I'm at home unemployed, I have 2 kids and no source of income. What am I supposed to do to get my money.
