Slow pay outs

My provident fund was with the Imperial Group (under Motus) and my last day there was 22 Dec 2018 (I had resigned). I then called Cedar to find out if my claim was received from the employer on the 28 nov 2018 and I was told it was not, and that Cedar was busy with the recons for the month of Dec 2018, but I was also advised that when Cedar does receive the claim, it normally takes about 10 working days to be paid out. My last contribution was for the December 2018 month. I then followed up with my ex-employer and the claim was send to Cedar on Nov 2018. I waited until the 22 Jan 2018 and was given some excuses (I don't quite remember the lady's name, but it seems she's the sole person responsible for AMH claims). it's the24 Jan 2019 and still to date I have not received my funds. Can I please have somebody sort me out urgently???
