Repair

I am Theko Mathibeli Cell number *** and my IMEI/SERIAL number is *** I took my Z10 cell phone to cellc witbank highveld mall with software problem, they then took it to their rapair center in JHb. I was asked to send claim forms to Cellc [URL Removed] [Email Removed] but later i got rejection from the system. and i got another email address from the shop i sent another email ,still the system rejected my email. and when i call i keep hanging for 15 minutes or either get same email address i got before. and i pay my contract every month at the same time i get bad service from cellc. Please help me to get my phone back asseblief tog.
