Poor service, So annoyed

Poor poor service, its now 13 weeks haven't received my claim, the useless call centre when you call they keep saying all administrators went for training since June 2024 now its August 2024 the call centre agents can't even give us feedback on the process of your claim, u sent emails they dont even respond. Its annoying to get comlanies who are good at deducting our money but claim stage you get stories when they suppose to pay ypur claim, then complaints emails dont even go through This cedar and nmg companies must be closed and tge licenses to be taken away they dont know how to service clients period!!!
