Over 8 weeks and no Payout

I have a complaint regarding my payout.

All my forms were submitted to Cedar on the 29th of August, maximum payout is 8 weeks! I have been waiting for over 8 weeks now. I was told payment will be done yesterday but of course when I inquired whether the payment had been done I received no response!

I would like my money paid out and reflecting TODAY before 3pm and cedar is to be held responsible for banking charges!!!!
