Outstanding provident fund

My last day was December 2019 and to this I have not yet received my provident payout. I call every week to check on the status and I’m told they will call me back with the update and nothing happens. Today I was told my money was paid out on the 14th and reversed and I was promised a call back with an explanation. Total incompetence and no regard for people.
