No Payout Made

My provident fund was with the Imperial Group (under AMH) and my last day there was 15 Feb 2016 (I had resigned). I then called Cedar to find out if my claim was received from the employer in the beginning of March 2016 and I was told it was not, and that Cedar was busy with the recons for the month of Feb 2016, but I was also advised that when Cedar does receive the claim, it normally takes about 10 working days to be paid out. My last contribution was for the Feb 2016 month. I then followed up with my ex-employer and the claim was finally sent to Cedar. I waited until the month end of March 2016 and was given some excuses (I don't quite remember the lady's name, but it seems she's the sole person responsible for AMH claims). it's the 07 April 2016 and still to date I have not received my funds. Can I please have somebody sort me out urgently???
