Incorrect tax directive number on documents and SARS requested me to contact Cedar to correct same.

Hello I would like management from Cedar to let know why a query which seems to have been created by Cedar and I have to be the one that hat have to make costly calls and send emails to try to resolve. Two weeks later no resolution found.
