23 days of the month gone, and i still have not been helped

23 full days later and my issue is still not resolved. My IRP5s still not reflecting on my SARs e-filling profile due to multiple incorrect submissions by Cedar.

I am even still waiting for feedback from the compliance officer. Nobody wants to really assist me.

i literally have no idea what else to do.
