Incompetence with invoicing

I ordered a new chair Cecil Nurse . Provided the correct invoicing details . When delivered the invoice was incorrect . Called them and emailed them with the corrects details . Multiple incorrect invoices have provided with the incorrect business details. Absolute incompetence seems to part and parcel of the business.
