I bought 2 draftsman's chairs from Cecil Nurse in Kimberley. The particular chairs that I wanted were not in stock. The floor staff went out of their way to ensure that the order and delivery of the chairs from Johannesburg went smoothly. It took two weeks for the chairs to be delivered, as I was told they would. The delivery was at the exact time that was arranged. The delivery crew were friendly and efficient, assembling the chairs for me and carrying them to the venue where they are needed. EVERY employee that I met at Cecil Nurse in Kimberley is to be commended for their professional service: reception at front door, salesman, admin clerk, delivery crew. It is the first time that I have bought from them. It won't be the last.
