Cecil Builders PTY/ Cecil van Wyk is not a company or person you want to do business with. He will under quote on everything and milk you for sudden issues or costs when started. When he begins he will sudden need additional monies and if you don't give it he refuses to finish the project and runs away. I even have voice recordings of where he conspires with the Hardware to up the invoices as like he said "send me a quote for wood, any wood as i need that money, make it for R16k". Don't use him. His workmanship is far below legal standards and i question his and his staffs qualifications. He conned me and my wife out of hundreds of thousands of rands and left us with a partial house I had to demolish and start afresh.
