Not taking responsibility for mistakes

Ce Mobility ( Candice and Jennilee) I just want to say how greatly disappointed I am in your company. While giving away wheelchairs to disabled people in "other countries", MY mother who is 98 years old have to struggle to get to the bathroom and to be mobile, because YOUR STAFF did not follow my instructions where to inspect for the fault. They just decided that BECAUSE the batteries was not charging it can ONLY be the batteries.After billing the medical aid (I also had to pay the surplus amount of R475.00) and still the car is not working. I told Jennilee from the s**** that the technician should s**** with the joystick/charger inlet because we think that is where the problem might be because it was loose. I also told her that just MAYBE one of the pins broke or did not make contact. If that seems not to be the problem, they should test the rest of the electrical components BEFORE the decide that it is the batteries (that we can buy and install ourselves). Now they reckon that the charger we had since we bought the chair 10 years ago is not compatible with this chair? According them the chair is old and the charger is for new chairs? Something tot do with he "pins"! Maybe they should check and see that (like I told them before) 1 off the pins did't broke off?. The ONLY time that charger left my mom's room and our hands, was when I first brought it to Jennilee to be tested and now when the collected the chair second time round. Maybe the switched wit somebody else's charger? Who knows!! Now after installing the wrong parts we have to pay R7,000.00 for their mistakes? I don't think so!! All I can say is SIS on you CE Mobility. I left several messages for Candice to call me. I am still waiting for that call!
