Lack of service repairing my wheelchair

On the 8 October a man hit me in my wheelchair with his car. I contacted CE Mobility on the 9 October to quote and repair my Velocity wheelchair. It is now the 3 November and my wheelchair still has not been repaired. CE Mobility claim the have upgraded the Velocity and have to make all the parts. I have paid them the R33 000.00 upfront<br> This isn't the first after sales service that has been experienced by myself or anyone here at the home. Selling a wheelchair id no problem t CE Mobility but the after sales service is a disgrace<br>
