Samsung repairs

<p>Dropped my phone off on the 15/11/2016. Told that this was a 24 hours servive and worst case 2 days. Todate i hadn't heard a word from them. Called at 13H55 17/11/2016 and told nothing has happened. Also promised an email immediately.....well nothing yet</p>
